Moderate/heavy bleeding 2 weeks after period? - still bleeding 2 weeks after loop

I had my period about 2 weeks. It took 4 days as usual, and it's over. 2 weeks after the start, I began to bleed medium / heavy as I sometimes not, but the blood from the regular menstrual blood seems to be different. It was more of a finer structure (sorry) for details. My periods are regular and punctual. I am not on birth control, but I am sexually active. However, we used protection but the condom broke once since my last period of "normal". Is this perhaps a sign of pregnancy?
