What type of Home Owners Insurance do we need for our San Francisco condo? - condo home insurance
We have a unit 1 of a 2-unit condominium in San Francisco. We have a separate policy that covers our personal property within the walls of our unit. We and the owner of a unit other than the Association and owners are looking to whether a separate contract is required to the exterior and the court, or if someone covering separate policies can cover us. Any tips?
