Congestive Heart Failure> Excelerated Heart Rate What Is The Difference Between Chronic And Congestive Heart Failure?

What is the difference between Chronic and Congestive Heart Failure? - congestive heart failure> excelerated heart rate

I CHF used as an abbreviation at all times, both pectoris, chronic heart failure and angina. Is there a difference between these two? This term is more correct than the others?
