Loft conversion legalities for renting to students? - double loft bed
We have a contract for a house with 4 bedrooms, a bedroom is a loft. It was advertised as 4 double (3 / 4 beds) and when we were in every room veiw from the attic, where Tennant slept on a mattress on the floor under a beam separated. We are told that a bed could be integrated into Tennent chosen only to have more space for their computers. We were able to give and if the attic had no bed just a mattress that does not even fit in the corner. A bed is not, I'm not even sure that would be a bed. The attic may have been taken into account when it was originally built LEGAL I do not think its any level of health and safe now, regardless of whether they will rent the house as a bed 4 What can I do? If the house be rented as a bed of 3?

Becky depends on rents as the city view from space. I do not think qualify you to open for the head, a wardrobe and a window, as will need a bedroom.
I like students who think that they are pursuing, for legal reasons, all those they met.
They had the option of the rooms before they can be seen in. It's an opportunity to provide measurements that meet their beds.
